Don has been married for 24 years and he and his wife, Robin, have 3 children. They live in Lakeland, Florida where Don has his Florida Fleet Services office.

Don has been in sales for 18 years. Most of those years were spent selling for AT&T and Lucent Technologies, where he was Sales Manager for the last three years that he was with them.
